Re-Mind is an Irish-developed food supplement combining omega-3 fatty acids (DHA and EPA), the macular carotenoids lutein, meso-zeaxanthin and zeaxanthin, and vitamin E. Three small capsules daily with food.

Each daily serving provides 500mg DHA, 150mg EPA, 15mg vitamin E, 10mg lutein, 10mg meso-zeaxanthin and 2mg zeaxanthin.

DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function. DHA and EPA contribute to the maintenance of normal heart function. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. The beneficial effect of DHA is obtained with a daily intake of 250mg.
