Delivery

Where we deliver. We deliver within the Republic of Ireland only.

Charges. Standard delivery is 6.50 euro. Delivery is free on orders over 45 euro and on all subscription plan shipments. Where a delivery charge applies it is shown at checkout before you pay.

Timescales. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery is typically 2 to 5 working days from dispatch. These are estimates and not guarantees.

Fulfilment. Online orders are dispatched directly by our supplier on our behalf, so your parcel may arrive in supplier packaging. Subscription shipments are sent ahead of the date your current supply runs out.

Buying in clinic. Patients attending the clinic can buy from stock at reception with no delivery charge.
